PREORDER TIMELINES
- production has finished on both the bangtan and arirang necklaces and these will begin shipping in around 2-3 weeks time (beginning of july).
- the mikrokosmos necklace is currently in production and we expect to receive all pieces at the beginning of july. once they arrive, we aim to ship orders out asap to all customers in purchase order! please note, if you ordered this necklace alongside one of the others, we will hold your order until it arrives for shipping altogether. if you'd prefer to receive your other items asap, please create two separate orders.
any updates will be posted here and on Instagram as and when we have them! thank you for your patience!
Can I exchange or return my items?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances whatsoever and all sales are final. This is due to the nature of items being made to order for each customer during the preorder, so please make sure to check all the information measurements for the item you are purchasing in the products description.
However, if your product is somehow damaged or defected, or the wrong product has been sent, please contact us within 14 days of delivery here with photos and your order number and we will gladly assist.
Oops, I put the wrong address! What should I do?
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us here within 24 hours so we can amend this manually on our site. Please include your name, order number and the new shipping address so we can proceed as quickly as possible.
Anything after the 24 hour time frame is not guaranteed and changes cannot be made once shipped.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What's happening?
All confirmation emails are sent automatically to the address entered at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folders or try searching JADED SEOUL to find it.
If you have entered the wrong email address at checkout, please let us know so we can update this for you.
My order has a quality issue
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that your order arrived with an issue. Please contact us here to initiate a conversation regarding this with your order number and details of the fault your item has. Once we get back to you, you'll be able to send us photos of the item and we can address the next steps with you.
Where are you based?
Jaded Seoul is a small business based in London, England. All of our orders will be shipped directly from our base here.
Although we can't give an exact time frame of when your order will arrive once shipped, our UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class and the rest of the world is sent International Standard.
