Refund policy

We have a strict no returns and no exchanges policy, due to the nature of the items being made to order and due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept any items back to resell.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct size and fit. There are size charts and measurements for all items in the description bar of each product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped to ensure the quality is to a high standard but if on the off chance something is not right, please let us know immediately.
